![]() No iOS app.īottomline: It is the only application which combines facebook and twitter keeping android’s ICS UI in mind so it feels just right to use in android. UI is designed considering android design standards.Bandwidth consumption is from moderate to high.and it remembers timeline position in lists as well. Not in single feed, but you can add a column. ![]() First app mentioned is best one in market. So much so, there are only four apps which can take place of TweetDeck. Sadly there are very few apps which combine twitter and facebook feed. And finally, it worked well on both android and iPhone. It even displayed photos and videos if you click on tweet or fb post containing one. TweetDeck uses extreamly less bandwidth for updating. People forget facebook is for personal things like photos, life events and twitter is for public broadcasting hence I feel crossposting is idiotic. and I am not talking about crossposting between twitter and facebook. TweetDeck gave you ability to post to twitter, facebook from single place. If you have too much of tweets or far too many facebook posts to go through, you better unfollow few useless celbes or create twitter lists, mute some of facebook acquaintance. TweetDeck also remembers timeline position so you don’t miss single tweet or facebook post. ![]() TweetDeck founders wanted to create a simple app which will show their social feeds like twitter, facebook, foursquare, google buzz in single feed, so they don’t have to switch apps for this simple requirement. TweetDeck started like many other apps, cause there was need to look at things differently. So, here I am searching alternative to TweetDeck.įirst let’s just review what TweetDeck did and why it was so awesome. Here is short article which describes why: Yesterday, Twitter officially announced that TweetDeck for mobile will die a slow death. But after that there was no development for TweetDeck on any of mobile platform. There was a smart guy who took TweetDeck and created TweakDeck which brought TweetDeck bit closer to TweetDeck 2.0 of iPhone. For first TweetDeck discontinued giving updates to android. It was _the_ best tweeter client which integrated with facebook and if it was not acquired by twitter, there would have been Google+ integration for sure. I loved using TweetDeck on android and iPhone.
